We are excited to announce that as of Monday, March 6th, the Who’s Where system will have a new name and a new look! Introducing YETI (YWCA Eligibility Tracking and Invoicing), the next generation of the YWCA Retirement Fund’s payroll processing, providing enhanced security and technology plus an updated interface consistent with our website.
YETI will retain all the Who’s Where features and functionality that retirement administrators are accustomed to, but with several user-friendly upgrades:
• Device optimization for ease of use on every platform, from laptops and tablets to mobile phones
• The option to view full screen
To facilitate this upgrade, Who’s Where will become unavailable on Friday March 3rd starting at 5pm EST, and YETI will be up and running at https://yeti.ywcarf.org by Monday morning. Please note: Your login information will not change.
When you log in to YETI, you will see the screen below, including the same process(es) for tracking employee eligibility and uploading invoices and files as before.
Now directly managed by the Fund (Who’s Where was the product of a third-party vendor), this new and improved system is the first of several online upgrades we will roll out this year.
