Attention Admins! New YETI Features Launching Monday, July 22

    Time-saving enhancements will replace forms for employee processing.

    An update to the YETI (YWCA Eligibility Tracking and Invoicing) system will go live on Monday, July 22. Please note: YETI will be unavailable on the morning of Friday, July 19 as we perform the following upgrades. Should this process take longer than expected any disruption to your invoicing schedule will not be regarded as late.

    Retirement administrators will be able to process the following actions with the system (replacing the identified forms).

    • Enrollment [replacing Notice of Enrollment NOE)]
    • Termination and Leave Notification [replacing Change in Status Notice (CSN)]
    • Rehire of Participant [replacing Return to Employment Notice (REN)]

    Below are some key enhancements regarding these new processes.

    • YETI will display links in the main menu when your YWCA has employees eligible for enrollment and participants waiting for re-enrollment or termination.
    • YETI automatically displays the link for terminating an active participant when no compensation is reported via payroll for at least 60 days. Employees can also be manually terminated or designated as on leave.
    • YETI automatically displays a link for re-enrollment when an active participant reappears on a payroll. This occurs when a YWCA hires a former participant, or a participant returns from leave.

    These processes are only required for participating employees. Non-participating employees will continue to be managed by YETI as before.
